Multifamily Properties
This rebate applies to multifamily properties with 5 or more units.
Notify Linn County REC prior to the start of a multifamily project if the rebate is expected to be over $5000. Failure to do this will result in a 25% reduction of the rebate amount.
If a new multifamily property is being constructed and will be installing Heat Plus Meters for electric heating, Linn County REC must be notified prior to start of construction to discuss what type of electric heat is being installed, what water heaters are being installed, and the design/layout of the Heat Plus Meters. Failure to notify LCREC prior to the start of construction may result in the denial of the Heat Plus Meter installation and the Heat Plus Rate.
