Member Rebates

  1. To be eligible for a Linn County REC rebate you must be or have been a member at the account applying for the rebate and submit an invoice in your name.
  2. Rebates must be submitted within 3 months (90 days) of the invoice date.
  3. Rebates at $500 or less will show as a credit on your bill statement.
  4. Linn County REC reserves the right to modify or terminate any rebate at any time without prior notice.
  5.  AEP (Alternative Energy Production) Members: if the rebate is growing load, it is held for 12 months for usage data. Rebates will be pro-rated based on the percentage of power supplied by Linn County REC. Rebates not growing load (replacement equipment) will be pro-rated on the percent of power supplied by Linn County REC based on usage from the previous 12 months.

Linn County REC promotes energy efficiency by providing these incentives for our members.

If a rebate is available only by online submission and a paper form is needed, contact Member Services at 319-377-1587 or rebates@linncountyrec.com.  See the terms and conditions on the individual rebate pages for full criteria.

The Cooperative Difference

Linn County REC is owned by the people we serve. That's why we call you members, not customers.
We are local - living and working along side you.
