May is Electrical Safety Month

Safety is Linn County REC's number one priority. With this in mind, we are happy to join in on Kids Day America.  We will have a booth displaying the importance of playing it safe around electricity.  Come out with the kids and learn about electrical safety AND these other activities.

Kids Day America is dedicated to children's health, safety & environmental awareness. It is hosted by Schwenn Family Chiropractic at 5475 Dyer Avenue Marion (Across from Wal-Mart).  Saturday, May 18th from 12:00 - 3 p.m.

This event features kids:

• FREE dental screening
• FREE scoliosis/spinal screening
• FREE vision screening
• FREE valuable information on child safety, including electrical safety, disease prevention and environmental awareness
• See a real fire truck
• See a real police car
• Meet area mascots
• and featuring FREE photo ID cards and fingerprinting courtesy of the Marion Police Department
