Join Us For Your Annual Meeting

Join us Friday, September 30th! Doors open at noon.

As a member of Linn County REC, one of your most important roles is to participate in the election of directors. The board of directors you elect represent you by setting the policies and directing the business affairs of the cooperative.

Vote for your board of directors at the annual meeting September 30, 2011. The meeting will be held at the Chauffeurs, Teamsters and Helpers Local 238 Union Building located at 5000 J Street SW in Cedar Rapids.  Doors will open at noon with lunch by Dostel’s Catering. The business meeting begins at 1:00 p.m. 

Unable to attend the annual meeting?  Vote by mail ballot.  Mail ballots will be mailed to you in early September. IMPORTANT: The election ballot that was mailed on September 1, 2011 is incorrect. A revised ballot is being mailed. If you have already mailed the previous ballot, it will be considered invalid. Therefore, please send back the revised ballot to have your vote count. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Thank you.

The annual report with a complete meeting agenda will be mailed in your September bill.
 

Districts 2, 3 and 7 are up for election. All members may cast a vote regardless of the district you reside in. The candidates are:
