Commercial Indoor Lighting

Linn County REC offers various indoor lighting incentives for commercial members. These include:

T8 and T5 Lighting Fixtures (Note: Some do not apply to new construction)

• U-bend Fixtures 2x2
• Standard T8/T5 Linear Fixtures with Electronic Ballasts
• High Bay 4 ft. T8 or 46" T5 Tube with High Output Ballasts (15' minimum mounting height)

Other Fixtures  (Note: Some do not apply to new construction)

• Pulse Start Metal Halide Fixtures
• Hardwired Energy Star CFL Fixtures

Lamps and Other Lighting Products  (Note: Some do not apply to new construction)

• Energy Star Compact Fluorescent Lamp (CFL) (9 watt minimum)
• Metal Halide Lamps (320-360 watts replacing 400 watts)
• Energy Star Ceiling Fans (w/attached pin-type CFL lighting)
• LED Exit Signs
• Energy Star LED Lighting (minimum 10 watt lamps)
• LED Strip / Refrigerated Case Lighting
• Occupancy Sensor (wall/ceiling mount or high bay mount)
