Linn County REC offers incentives for the following Commercial HVAC equipment.

• Geothermal Pumps = $350 per ton up to 40 tons
• Air Source Heat Pumps (Energy Star)= $200 per ton for split units and package terminal (rooftop)

• Central Air Conditioners (split units) = $25 per ton
• Air-Cooled Chillers = $20 per ton
• Water-Cooled Chillers = $30 per ton

• Heat Recovery Ventilators = $180 per ton recovered
