Rate incentives are based on a number of factors such as energy usage, job creation and cost of electric service construction to name a few. Rate incentives do require a signed contract. Equipment Incentives
Equipment incentives are also available for the purchase and installation of energy efficient equipment such as heat pumps, chillers and lighting. For a complete list and more details, download our Commercial Incentives Brochure or visit our Commercial-New Construction Incentives page.
