		Planned Interruption Notification Program Planned interruptions are scheduled at the most convenient time for member consumers and Linn County REC representatives. Any planned interruption scheduled for more than one half hour is preceded by adequate notice to those member consumers who will be affected. Member consumers are notified of the planned outage by phone or letter.
