Can Your Farm Operation Benefit from the Small Commercial Time of Day Rate?

Questions to ask yourself:

  • When do I use electricity?
  • When do I milk cows?
  • Can I dry my grain during off peak hours (9:01 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.)?
  • What percentage of usage falls during on peak hours (4:01 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.)? Calculate Peak
  • Can I move electrical equipment off peak? (9:01 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.)
