		Drop Box A 24-hour bill payment drop box is available at the Marion and North Liberty offices so that you can pay your bills at your convenience. Payments can also be made at our Marion office during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding holidays.
