Articles and Bylaws

All Linn County REC members receive a copy of the cooperative's articles and bylaws in their new member packet when they sign up for service from Linn County REC. The articles and bylaws are the rules in which the cooperative is governed.

While every effort has been made to ensure that the articles and bylaws in this section are accurate and updated on a timely basis, Linn County REC does not warrant that they are identical in every respect to the official articles and bylaws on file and expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for any differences.
